Tilda Birthday
Today I pulled out a Magnolia Tilda stamp. I was thinking of this sparkley paper and something to go with it-so Tilda emerged. I start thinking of what paper I have and design-usually when I'm trying to go to sleep and then have to try it in the morning. Not much else gets done around the house-just my creating.

TRAVELLING
A birthday card for our Britton. She just returned home (Holand Landing, Ontario) from Thailand and Taiwan for a few months before she takes off again-maybe Dubai or Japan. Last year she was in South Korea. She's on the go all the time. Happy Birthday Britton!

TIME
Today I made a birthday card for a dear friend in October. I wanted to experiment with some watch gears I had and started to play around. Used Cuttlebug folders gears and happy birthday.
Think it turned out quite nice.
Have a great weekend! We're watching the Ohio State Football game on Saturday and the Browns on Sunday!

ANNIVERSARY
Had a fettish for butterflies. Mo Manning's Wonderful Day and I changed the hummingbird to a butterfly, Gatefold card is an anniversary card with butterflies.
BIG GUY GRILLING
Another Mo Manning design, although I changed the charcoal grill to a gas grill which my son uses when he grills here. Also, note the unshaven beard which added a realistic touch to his birthday card!
Sherry, if you see this-don't show Tim!

September, 2012 Going Buggy Challenge
I have two entries for the September Going Buggy challenge (no red or green for Chritmas cards), so here's my effort. The carolers are a Mo Manning design. I used Cuttlebug folder Peace, Hope, Love as my base. Dark blue paper underlined in gold. The picture window has individually cut panes and gold on the back to simulate a soft light. Flower Soft Polar White was used for the snow effect as well as the caroler's muff. One of the most difficult I've done. Hard to not use green and red.
The reindeer was cut out in gold-and again using the Cuttlebug Peace, Hope, Love template and the Sizzlex evergreen template. Very simple, yet elegant I think.

What a lovely, blessed day! Quiet-relaxed and in harmony. I made a card for Aunt Kathryn Bender's 95th birthday. Seemed to take FOREVER! 95 candles, count them, 95!. Used Cuddlebug birthday candles and cut each one out. A labor of love. Also Polkadoodles tiered cake. Thanks for your comments. Really appreciate them! Getting better at transferring from my camera to the blog.
